How to approach this passage
Check price categories, clothing codes and delivery terms separately. A list of sizes does not tell you the number of pockets or colours. Distinguish a monthly promotion from a regular price.
Worked answer review
Question 5 is TRUE: the August offer gives a travel alarm clock with purchases of $80 or more. Question 7 is FALSE because surface delivery requires at least two months, rather than guaranteeing arrival within two months.
Review your reasoning
- Locate the part of the supplied passage that supports your answer. Keep claims made in the text separate from your own knowledge.
- Check whether the task requires a letter, a short answer or a True/False/Not Given judgement. Follow the instruction for this question group.
- After checking the key, identify whether an error came from locating information, interpreting a statement or entering an answer in the wrong form.
