How to approach this passage

Give each programme a brief description before matching: detective drama, science fiction, interview, science magazine or travelogue. Questions 10 and 13 each require two letters but carry one mark per numbered question.

Worked answer review

For Question 10, both C and E concern time travel. For Question 13, D and G concern present-day travellers. The checker accepts either order and common separators, such as C, E or E and C; both correct letters are needed for that question’s single mark.

Review your reasoning

  1. Locate the part of the supplied passage that supports your answer. Keep claims made in the text separate from your own knowledge.
  2. Check whether the task requires a letter, a short answer or a True/False/Not Given judgement. Follow the instruction for this question group.
  3. After checking the key, identify whether an error came from locating information, interpreting a statement or entering an answer in the wrong form.

Attempt the questions first. Slash-separated alternatives are accepted forms; a required pair must contain both correct letters.
