Payment or access help
If money was deducted but Reading and Writing are still locked, please do not pay again. Payments are checked manually before access is unlocked.
Email us with:
- The email address you used for the test.
- The amount paid and the payment date and time.
- Your UPI transaction number and the website payment reference, if available.
For a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount or a refund request, contact us using the details above so we can review the payment and help resolve it.
If your payment app displays a security warning, stop the payment and contact support. Never send your UPI PIN, OTP or password.
Test, audio or sign-in help
Tell us the book, test number and skill, along with what happened. Include your device and browser name and a screenshot of the problem if possible. Hide any private information in screenshots.
If you have already started a mock test, return using the same browser and device to resume your saved attempt.
